The burning yeast Turbo Donner 48 h is an ideal blend of yeast, nutrient salts and vitamins for quick and clean fermentation. It allows you to obtain 19% alcohol within 2-7 days. They are especially recommended for sugar cuvées. A pack of 150 g is sufficient for 25 litres of cuvée using 7 kg of sugar. The product is exceptionally easy to use. Please note: use the packaging completely for one cuvée. How to use: recipe for 25 L cuvée: pour 6 litres of hot water into a fermentation container and dissolve 7 kg sugar or 7.8 kg glucose and then add 15 litres of cold water. After cooling the liquid to 30-35⁰C, pour the contents of the bag into it and stir carefully. Leave to ferment at a temperature of 25-28°C for 2-5 days. To obtain a high-quality elegant drop, clarify the cuvée with Klarowin Turbo Spirit. Attention: the fermentation is stormy. Ingredients: yeast, potassium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, magnesium sulphate, calcium carbonate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride). Net weight: 150 g.
